Vision

1- Activating the sport of paragliding (without an engine) by qualifying human resources and developing safe sites for practicing the activity, in addition to finding possible regulatory mechanisms for amateurs and professionals in cooperation with relevant international organizations.

2- Spreading the culture of paragliding and discovering and supporting talents through participation in local and international camps and tournaments.

Choosing Asir as the headquarters of the federation!

The Asir Mountains represent the first destination for paragliding in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and are distinguished by their towering heights, which include the highest peak in the Kingdom with a height of 3,015 meters above sea level. It was chosen as the headquarters of the Saudi Paragliding Federation due to its natural features that make it ready to become a global destination. For lovers of paragliding and adventure sports, in light of the presence of terrain and suitable areas to attract local, regional and international practitioners to this region and to host local and international events.
